All payments made to Emergexians are generally non-refundable once the project has been initiated, resources have been allocated, or work has started. This is because our services involve time, effort, and technical resource investment.
Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. If cancellation is requested after the project has started, only the remaining unused portion of the work (if applicable) may be considered. Emergexians reserves the right to decide cancellation terms based on project stage.
In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered only if no substantial work has been completed. Any refund amount will be calculated after deducting costs for work completed, resources used, and administrative expenses.
Advance payments are non-refundable as they secure project slot, planning, and initial execution.
Emergexians is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client requirements, delayed approvals, third-party issues, or unforeseen technical challenges. Such cases do not qualify for refunds.
Payments made for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, APIs, plugins, or integrations are non-refundable as they are governed by third-party providers.
