Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

• The project or service has not been initiated or any work has not been started by our team.
• The client has made a duplicate payment by mistake.
• Failure to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe (due to internal delays).
• Mutual agreement to discontinue the project, provided no significant resources were already consumed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the project has been partially or fully completed as per the agreed scope.
• If delays are caused due to incomplete client inputs or approvals.
• For third-party services or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., domain, hosting, software licenses).
• For digital marketing or SEO services once the campaign has started.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must submit a written request with valid reasons to info@emergexians.com. Our team will review the request within 7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the transaction. It may take up to 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
